There were two brothers Paqooktach<\/strong> and Kokiitach<\/strong> that helped put the world into motion.

Paqooktach<\/b> came first and his brother Kokiitach <\/b>emerged from his brother\u2019s left shoulder. In the Biblical story of Adam and Eve. Eve came from Adam\u2019s rib. <\/font> <\/p>

<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paqooktach<\/b> had a face in the front and one in the back. He wanted all people to have both faces in back and front too. <\/font> <\/p>

Kokiitach <\/b>did not want that. He wanted people to have only one face. He made people with no webbed feet except for birds like ducks, geese, and swans. <\/font> <\/p>

In the original world, people knew no death just like in Adam and Eve until Eve took a bite of the forbidden fruit. But that did not last. <\/font> <\/p>

<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brothers fought until Paqooktach <\/b>left the earth. <\/b>Paqooktach <\/b>made another world below where souls of the dead venture. <\/b><\/font> <\/p>

All the people of the world moved and with their movement, song were created and life came into being. <\/font> <\/p>
